The national Bank of coronavirus postponed the application software of PPO in August
KIEV. April 15. UNN. The national Bank of Ukraine have delayed the application software of payment transactions (PPO) for foreign exchange transactions until August 1, 2020. About it reported in a press sluzbeno, reports UNN.
“The national Bank led legal framework in accordance with the Law of Ukraine No. 533-IX “On amendments to the Tax code of Ukraine and other laws of Ukraine concerning the support of taxpayers for the period of the implementation of measures aimed at prevention of emergence and spread of coronavirus disease (COVID-19)”, — stated in the message.
“So, according to the Law the rules on the use of business software RRO, in particular in the implementation of foreign exchange transactions, deferred until 1 August 2020,” — said the press service. Previously, these requirements had come into force on 19 April 2020.
“It is noted that pursuant to Law the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine approved the resolution No. 50 dated 14 April 2020 “On amendments to some legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine”, which establishes the procedure and conditions of conducting foreign exchange operations”, — reported in the NBU. It shall come into force on 16 April this year.
