The Cabinet has sacked the head of Gosgeokadastr
KIEV. May 26. UNN. The Cabinet of Ministers dismissed the head of the State service of Ukraine for geodesy, cartography and cadastre Dennis Hood, just about six months after appointment. About it UNN reported with reference to Executive order No. 566-R of may 25.
“To dismiss the Head of Dennis Alexandrovich from the post of Chairman of the State service of Ukraine for geodesy, cartography and cadastre in accordance with the first paragraph of article 871 of the law of Ukraine “On state service”, – stated in the text of the document.
Article 87-1 of the specified memory determines additional grounds for termination of the public service of certain state employees on the initiative of the subject destination.
In particular, the article notes that “the subject may make the decision to dismiss the public servant from office in the public service category “A” on its own initiative, at the proposal of the Prime Minister or the respective Minister or head of Central body of Executive power (head of the public authority) within four months from the date of appointment of the Prime Minister or the respective Minister or head of Central body of Executive power (head of the state body) with simultaneous admission of such state employee for the state of the relevant public authority”.
