At the age of 84 years, son of Nikita Khrushchev, Sergei died in the United States. The circumstances of the death are being investigated.

Since the early 1990-ies Sergei Khrushchev, at the invitation of the American University moved to the United States, where he continued his research. Later, Khrushchev’s son received a residence permit in the USA and in 1999 became a citizen of the United States.

Journalist Pavel Pryanikov in his Telegram channel “Interpreter” noted one remarkable detail in the Khrushchev and other offspring of the former Soviet leaders: they all moved to the United States, left home.

“The children and grandchildren of the old Soviet leaders Stalin, Khrushchev, Andropov, etc. moved to live in America.

But then “democratic leaders” have already shifted to Europe, specifically – in the German world. Gorbachev lives in Germany, his only daughter Irina Virganskaya also settled in Bavaria more than ten years ago. There lives and one of the granddaughters of the last Secretary General”, – the journalist writes.

He recalled that his daughter and son-in-law of Boris Yeltsin chose the place of residence of Austria. One of the daughters of Vladimir Putin has married a citizen of the Netherlands and, according to rumors, he prefers to live in a country of choice.

“A curious mind suspect the transition “brand” under the name “Russia” to the other owners at the turn of XX and XXI century”, – said the journalist.

Recall that a few years ago, Khrushchev’s son explained why his father made the decision on transfer of Crimea to Ukraine in 1954. Then the decision was not dictated by political and economic motives.

Sergei Khrushchev believed that the world is not threatened Third world war, as leading countries of the world have found a new way to demonstrate their superiority and economic.

At the same time the son of the Soviet leader told, what future can expect at Russian President Vladimir Putin and how he may repeat the fate of his father.
