In the Donetsk region arrested a woman, who for the sake of the apartment “ordered” the ex-husband
KIEV. July 20. UNN. In the Donetsk region sent into custody a woman who is attempting to seize part of the apartment of the former husband decided to order his murder. It is reported by UNN with reference to the Prosecutor’s office of Donetsk region.
“…the measure of restraint in form of detention with the alternative of making a Deposit in the amount of UAH 168 160 resident of the city of Konstantinovka, which is suspected of preparation of a crime committed on the order (paragraph 1 of article 14 p. 6 p. 11 part 2 St. 115 criminal code of Ukraine)”, – stated in the message.
It is noted that in June 2020, the woman with the purpose of taking possession of the apartment ex-husband decided to order his murder. Finding the contractor, the intruder gave him a photo of the victim, the Deposit in the amount of 5 000 UAH. According to her plan, the man needs to drown in a local pond in an “accident”.
July 15, 2020 law enforcement agencies conducted a simulation of the situation of the so-called “murder” and ordered it transferred to the photo evidence of its Commission, as well as power of attorney for disposal of the property. During the transfer of the last portion of the remuneration in the amount of $ 600 the woman is detained.
“Now the Prosecutor’s office is preparing an appeal against the decision of the court in determining bail. Pre-judicial investigation proceeds”, – added in the message.
