Ukrtransnafta eliminated the illegal tie-in pipeline “Druzhba”
KIEV. May 17. UNN. Saturday, may 16, workers safety JSC “Ukrtransnafta” has found malicious damage of main oil pipeline “Druzhba” in Lvov region. It is reported by UNN citing the press-service of Ukrtransnafta.
It is noted that the experts of the company declared the discovery to law enforcement. The fact of the offense, criminal proceedings are opened.
Also on the site of the pipe damage was discovered to the withdrawal of unauthorized sampling of oil with a length of over 250 m.

“Abnormally-recovery crew (Joint-stock) Companies quickly eliminated malicious damage to the pipeline. “Friendship” works in a usual mode and continues to provide reliable pumping of oil for the needs of European refineries”, — have informed in a press-service.
In the press center added that in the past year, “Ukrtransnafta” has eliminated more than two dozen illegal taps in the pipeline, most of which falls on the main oil pipeline “Druzhba”. “In 2019 Ukrtransnafta spent on the elimination of the “frames” more than 600 thousand UAH”, — have reminded in the company.
As reported UNN, two residents of Sumy region will be judged for a failed attempt to steal the oil and the fire at the well.
