Ukrainian side proposed to involve in the subgroups of HGB as an invited individuals representing separate districts of Donetsk and Lugansk regions, internally displaced persons. this was stated by the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Yermak during a telephone conversation with political advisers of the leaders of the States-participants of the “Normandy format”, reports UNN , citing the press service of the OP.

It is reported that in conversation Ermak noted that the participants of the Tripartite contact group will attract these people to discussion, consultation and negotiation matters pursuant to the “Minsk agreements”.
At the same time, the head of the AP “pointed to the inadmissibility of any negotiations with representatives of the unrecognized quasi-state entities,” he added in a press-service.
As reported UNN, the Ukrainian side has proposed to restart work of the trilateral contact group on settling the situation in Donbas.
