KIEV. May 3. UNN. A third suspect in the attack on the Deputy from BPP Mustafa Nayem took under night house arrest. This decision was made by the Shevchenkivsky district court in Kyiv, reports the correspondent of UNN.
The suspect, a citizen of Ukraine Timerbulatova Umalu the Nixon accused of violation of part 2 of article 296 of the Criminal code “hooliganism committed by a group of persons”.
As reported UNN, the court chose a measure of restraint to the second participant of the incident with the Hire. Also, the Shevchenkivsky district court of Kyiv allowed to detain the man, who is suspected of causing bodily harm to the people’s Deputy of Ukraine Moustapha nayem.
