The Ministry of justice is changing the composition of the High qualification Commission of notaries
KIEV. May 28. UNN. The Ministry of justice of Ukraine today is changing the composition of the High qualification Commission of notaries. It is reported by UNN with reference to Facebook of the head of Department Denis Maluski.
“A terrible dragon turns into a not-that-already-scary, but still effective. Now change the composition of the High qualification Commission of notaries,” — wrote Maluska.
According to him, if until now the Commission consisted of seven employees of the Ministry of justice and seven private lawyers, headed by a “scary Minister”, from now on it will only be three employees of the Ministry of justice and 11 private lawyers “and I won’t be there”.
“In fact, give up power. Notaries receive an absolute majority in the Commission. Believe that the notarial community will approach its new powers carefully and wisely. Soon the self-regulatory powers of notaries will increase significantly (the bill finalize), so this time we plan to use to test the system while this initiative is voluntary will become mandatory at the level of the law,” the Minister said.
As reported UNN, according to Maluski, the Ministry of justice will try again to reform of the arbitration courts.
