KIEV. June 16. UNN. Shevchenko district court granted the motion by the prosecution about a change of address for the serving of round-the-clock house arrest activist Sergey Sternenko, who is suspected of murder, the correspondent of UNN.
So, the judge changed the address for round-the-clock house arrest Sternenko – with the military unit in Odessa, where he was in the place of actual residence in Kiev.
As reported, the Shevchenkivskyi district court of Kyiv sent the activist Sergey Sternenko under-house arrest, however, in Odessa in a military unit. The activist said that the court’s decision cannot be enforced, because it would not let territory.
