On the eve of Russian leader Vladimir Putin, speaking on the proposed Constitution amendment, said that with the creation of the Union was not spelled out the procedure of exit of republics from its membership. According to the President, it could theoretically lead to the fact that the Republic after receiving a Russian land could withdraw from the Union, taking with them “gifts from the Russian people.”

“No, Russia has no territorial claims on its neighbors”, — said Peskov on a question.

He also said that the issues of “territorial gift” will not be discussed during a military parade on red square.
