Nuclear power plants generated the most energy during the day
KIEV. July 17. UNN. For the past day nuclear power plant developed from 48.63% of all electricity in the country. It is reported by the Manager “Ukrenergo”, reports UNN.
CHP made of 9.75%, renewables (“green”) – 0,58%, TPP – 27,55%, hydro and pumped storage – 13,49%.
In General, all electricity producers, transmission network “Ukrenergo” and regional power distribution make up the United energy system (UES).
“The mode of work of UES is determined based on the balance of production and consumption power, repairs of power grids and power generation equipment, as well as the possibility of liquidation of emergency situations in case of power generating equipment at power plants and transmission lines.
To prevent violations of the mode of operation of UPS of Ukraine or its parts as a result of certain factors, the company shall take the necessary measures to limit the consumption of electric energy and capacity, and uses special graphics and emergency systems to reduce energy consumption”, – noted in “Ukrenergo”.
We will remind, the acting Minister of energy Olga Bukovec announced the decision to increase nuclear capacity. Now the average capacity of nuclear power plants increased from 7.4 GW to 7.9 GW. It is allowed to bring nuclear power units KhNPP 1 and 2 in the nominal design capacity and load RNPP power units No. 2 and ZNPP No. 6. Moreover, the possibility of additional increase of the load of the NPP in October-December of the current year in the proposed GP “NAEK “Energoatom” quantities, adding to the energy.
