NATO believes that the Program expanded opportunities for Ukraine is early to speak
KIEV. April 14. UNN. NATO is not yet ready to make a decision on Ukraine’s accession to the affiliate Program extended features NATO (Enhanced Partnership Opportunity). About this during today’s briefing, said NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg, reports the correspondent of UNN.
“Of course, we’re looking at how we can further strengthen partnership relations with Ukraine. The question of the empowerment partnership is one element in this discussion. I’m still too early to draw conclusions, but everything we do together strengthens the partnership between NATO and Ukraine”, – said the Secretary General.
As reported by UNN, in February, the then acting defence Minister Andriy Zagorodnyuk stated that Ukraine has achieved success in the transition to NATO standards and is ready to join the affiliate Program extended features.
