Murder Gandzyuk: the meeting in respect of the Pavlovsk suffered
KIEV. May 4. UNN. The hearing in Odessa against Igor Pavlovsky, the former assistant to one of deputies of BP, the defendant in the murder of Kherson activists Catherine Gandzyuk, suffered in connection with the fact that I was not able to contact the jail. About it the journalist of UNN was told by the lawyer Pavlovsky Vladimir Serge.
“The court postponed the hearing due to the fact that they could not contact the prison, which contains Pavlovsky. The next meeting is scheduled for may 25”, – said the lawyer.
Earlier the employees of the security Service of Ukraine in cooperation with the attorney General’s Office detained the former assistant Deputy, Igor Pavlovsky on suspicion of heading a criminal organization. This man passes as accused on the case of Catherine Gandzyuk.
We will remind, in the Office of the attorney General on April 27, a briefing was held in the case of Gandzyuk. It became known that the Office of the attorney General has completed the investigation into the murder of social activist Catherine Gandzyuk on suspicion of the Chairman of the Kherson regional Council Vladislav manger and Alexei Moskalenko (Levin).
After the activists came to protest to the OP and to the house of attorney General Venediktova. Venediktov responded to the protest because of the case Gandzyuk.
As reported UNN, the attack on Gandzyuk occurred on 31 July 2018: woman doused with sulfuric acid in Kherson. Gandzyuk received chemical burns over 30% of the body. On 4 November it became known about the death of Gandzyuk after 3 months of treatment.
