KIEV. May 4. UNN. In the Donetsk region, the investigators documented the fact of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation, namely rocket fire. Found aircraft missile attached to materials of criminal proceedings. It is reported by UNN citing the press-service of Prosecutor’s office of Donetsk region.
“Under the procedural guidance of the office of supervision in criminal proceedings in respect of offences committed in armed conflict, the Donetsk oblast Prosecutor’s office investigators of the Department of the SBU in the Donetsk and Lugansk regions recorded another fact of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation”, – stated in the message.
It is established that on may 3, 2020 members of the terrorist organization “DNR”, operating under the control of the Russian Federation carried out a rocket attack C. Palopoli Volnovakha district of Donetsk region, where the civilian population of prohibited weapons.
“During the examination of the scene discovered aircraft unguided missile of NOOR-80, a distance of about 2 km, located on arms of the Russian Federation. Found physical evidence attached to the criminal proceedings under article 438 (violation of the laws or customs of war) of the criminal code of Ukraine. Further evidence collected through the Attorney General’s Office will be transferred to the Office of the Prosecutor of the International criminal court”, – is spoken in the message.
