Head coach of “inter” Luciano Spalletti said that his club regrets the incident that occurred in the match of the 18th round of the championship of Italy against Napoli.
During the game the Nerazzurri fans abused Neapolitans defender Khalid Coulibaly on racial grounds.
– Stop the match? Yes, this could be one of the solutions – quoted Spalletti Football Italia. – But you need to do something else, because the number of such incidents is high.
We regret what happened to Coulibaly and support him in this situation. Not to offend any players or rival coach during matches. We are very disappointed that the fans will not be able to support us at the home stadium for two games, however, takes this decision.
People need to come to the stadium to celebrate and to share with each other emotions.
“Inter” takes 3rd place in the standings, with 36 points after 18 rounds.
