Injured by a police grenade in Vinnytsia region up to 10 years condemned man
KIEV. April 21. UNN. In Vinnytsia region, to 10 years imprisonment sentenced 44-year-old man at the train station was threatening people with a grenade, and then threw it at police, causing one of them were injured. It is reported by UNN with reference to the Department of communication GUNP in Vinnytsia region.
“Bershad district court sentenced 44-summer earlier repeatedly judged the man, who on 8 July 2018 at a railway station in the village Floryne Bershad district was threatening people with a grenade. During detention police officers, the attacker was thrown into the side of the police grenade and injured one of them”, – stated in the message.
It is noted that based on the collected during the pre-trial investigation of the evidence proved the defendant’s guilt in committing crimes under part 1 St. 263 (illegal weapon handling, fighting supplies or explosives) and art. 348 criminal code of Ukraine (Encroachment on life of the employee of law enforcement body).
“The court convicted offender for multiple offenses of 10 years imprisonment”, – added in the message.
We will remind, Bershad region during detention the offender left in the direction of law enforcement a grenade, wounding one policeman.
