In Transcarpathia detained suspects in the attack on Roscoe settlement

KIEV. April 19. UNN. The participants of the fight in the Romani settlement Berehovo district court in Transcarpathia chose a measure of restraint – detention without possibility of bail. It is reported by UNN with reference to the police of the Transcarpathian region.

On April 17 around 10:00 the police received about a fight in the Romani settlement in the town of Beregovo.

The police established that about 15 people attacked the local residents and damaged their property. Three of them threw stones at the houses, struck with wooden sticks and reinforcement injuries to the residents of the settlement. As a result of fighting injured two men – one of them is in reanimation in a critical condition, and another multiple contusions.

We also found out that the day before between one of the attackers and the victim were in conflict. The attack the man had arranged for the revenge of his opponent.

The organizer and his two accomplices, investigators announced suspicion of committing a crime under part 4 St. 296 Criminal code of Ukraine, that is hooliganism committed by a group of persons with application of subjects, in advance prepared for infliction of bodily damage.

April 18, Berehovo district court chose to detained participants of hooligan actions the measure of restraint – detention without possibility of bail. The investigation is ongoing.

Recall that in Kharkiv region the group of persons attacked the police: they are hospitalized.
