In the Nikolaev area the man suspected of raping a minor stepdaughter
KIEV. 4 Aug. UNN. The inhabitant of the Nikolaev area declared that the boyfriend raped her 13-year-old daughter. About it reports a press-service GUNP in the Nikolaev area, transfers UNN.
“The Complainant and her 13-year-old daughter to law enforcement authorities became aware that earlier in the week the woman went to the store, and the man, taking advantage of the absence of the mother, raped the stepdaughter. About what happened, the woman found out a few days and immediately called the police,” the statement reads.
It is noted that currently, the investigators assigned a number of necessary expertise.
“In coordination with the local Prosecutor’s office investigators announced the malefactor about suspicion in Commission of crime, provided part 4 of article 152 of the criminal code of Ukraine “Rape of a minor person”, the sanction of article prescribes punishment from 8 till 15 years of imprisonment. Soon the offender will be remanded,” – said the police.
As reported by UNN, in Sumy, a man seduced and raped a 9-year-old girl communicated in social networks.
