Witold Fokin

KIEV. 4 Aug. UNN. The first Prime Minister of Ukraine, Vitold Fokin agreed to enter the Ukrainian delegation in the Trilateral contact group on settling the situation in Eastern Ukraine. About it UNN reported with reference to “Gordon”.

“I’ll be honest. The decision to participate in the TAG was very difficult for me. There are a lot of reasons. Now smartphone every adult, and social networks filled with posts about this with Leonid Kravchuk appointment to the group. It’s a shame some people speak, laugh about our age etc, But I am resolved to accept, consider it an honor at the end of his life something to help his Homeland. My Motherland is Ukraine and Donbass, which I really love. He was, is and will be Ukrainian,” – said Fokin.

He also expressed readiness together with a group of politicians to visit the occupied areas of the Donetsk and Lugansk regions to the negotiation of the settlement of the situation.

“I, like Leonid Kravchuk (Kravchuk, ed.), confident that peace is possible when we look into each other’s eyes. Need to go to the Donbass and to invite people here. I personally, if what I suggested would have agreed with a group of specialists and politicians to come to the occupied territory and to talk with people to understand their position, try to find a way to meet them, but, of course, without prejudice to the interests and sovereignty of Ukraine”, – concluded the Fokin.
