“The police with a statement addressed to the representative of an NGO, who reported that on 15 February on Traktorostroiteley Avenue and at the intersection of Valentinushka and Prospekt Traktorostroiteley unknown poured green stuff a Billboard with a picture of candidates for the post of President of Ukraine”, – stated in the message.
