KIEV. August 22. UNN. In the near future in Kharkov patrol will be given a fourth-grade body armor and automatic weapons. This was announced by Deputy head of the National police of Ukraine Alexander Fatsevich during the farewell with the deceased in the shooting near the city Council police Dmitry Kiriyenko, reports UNN with reference to the division of communications of the police in Kharkiv region.

“Today the squads will be strengthened by the police with automatic weapons who will serve in the Central part of Kharkov city. Actually today will be strengthened dresses patrol police armored group provided with the fourth grade body armor and automatic weapons,” said Fatsevich.

According to him, the so-called armored group will be arriving for those calls where there will be a danger to people.

We will remind, on August 20 around 00:37 the shooting happened under the mayoralty of Kharkov. The man opened fire near the building of Kharkiv city Council. An armed attacker shot at the guards of the institution and on patrol, who arrived at the scene on call. Police used the weapons and disarmed the shooter.

As a result of incident to the hospital with gunshot wounds were taken to the guard companies and patrolman. Despite the efforts of doctors, law enforcement officers died in the hospital. The deceased left a wife and two year old daughter. Today, August 22, in Kharkov said goodbye to the patrol.
