In Donetsk region the official has appropriated half a million of budget funds
KIEV. May 12. UNN. In the Donetsk region reported the suspected officer of private enterprise appropriated half a million of budget funds. It is reported by UNN citing the press-service of Prosecutor’s office of Donetsk region.
“It is reported about suspicion part 5 of article 191, part 1 of article 209 of the criminal code of Ukraine a local resident, who misappropriated funds of the state enterprise”, – is told in the message.
Pre-judicial investigation it is established that in 2015, between SE “Mariupol sea commercial port” and a private enterprise a contract for the supply of long products with a total value of more than 2.4 million UAH.
It is noted that the supplier shipped to the customer metal, which is not consistent with the provision of certificates of quality, and in return getting a into your account cash in the amount of 500 thousand UAH.
Once paid for the goods, the Director of the supplier, with the aim of avoiding criminal liability, transferred money to the accounts of various private business counterparties.
Pre-trial investigation proceedings continue.
Recall that in the Khmelnytsky region initiated criminal proceedings on the fact of overpricing on half a million hryvnias of the cost of medical equipment during public procurement procedures.
