Given the Prosecutor’s office reports, on July 12 at approximately 17:22 Mercedes-Benz CL 250D, being in an alcohol intoxication, moved on the carriageway of the Capital highway from the village of Kozin.
“Lost control, the driver collided with a car Mercedes-Benz 311CDI, which moved ahead in the passing direction, and then left on a strip of oncoming traffic where made collision with a car Hyundai Tucson. The collision injured 5 people, who were in the Hyundai. The driver and his two passengers (a woman and a teenage girl) died on the spot. The other two were hospitalized, one of them died in the emergency medical service carriage on the way to the hospital, for the life of another struggling doctors”, – told about the accident the Prosecutor’s office.
On this fact the investigative Department of the GUNP in Kiev initiated criminal proceedings under part 3 St. 286 criminal code of Ukraine.

Add, the permissible alcohol content in blood is 0.2 ppm.
