KIEV. June 15. UNN. The Commissioner for human rights, Lyudmila Denisova said that the holding of external independent testing in a standard format will ensure the right to education of students in 2020. She wrote about this on his page in Facebook, reports UNN.

“External independent testing in a standard format will ensure the right to education of students in 2020. The continuing quarantine and the postponement of the testing caused a wave of concern of the graduates and their parents regarding opportunities for entering higher education institutions in 2020,” wrote Ludmila Denisova.

“For more than 10 years of UPE, it got in the society benefits, key of which are the objectivity of the evaluation by excluding the human factor, fighting corruption at receipt in higher educational institutions and equal access to higher education depending on the knowledge of the applicant. In addition, UPE is one of the factors of approximation of Ukrainian education to European educational standards and improve the quality of secondary and higher education,” – said Denisov.

According to her, ensuring the right to education, should not be disregarded a fundamental right of every person to life and health.

“Therefore, I urge that all related to the performance of EIT, from the Minister to teachers, everyone at his level has provided the highest level of security for applicants, in particular, compliance with social distancing and use of personal protective equipment,” – said Lyudmila Denisova.
