Dietary dessert from the coach show “Weighted and happy” to prepare from simple products that can be found in each fridge.
To prepare pumpkin dessert you will need the following ingredients:
400 g pumpkin
2 PCs apples
1 piece pear
50 ml lemon juice
1 Cup water
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp sunflower oil
Method of preparation:
1.Put the pumpkin in a saucepan, pour the Cup of water and cook on medium heat for 20 minutes.
2.In a pot add the sliced apples and pear, cook for another 5 minutes
3. Give mass to cool and replace the blender to puree state. Add the lemon juice, ginger, cinnamon, and sunflower oil. Again interrupting blender.
4. The resulting puree is poured into the glasses.
5. Put in the fridge for 30 minutes.
6. Optionally, garnish with mint leaves and nuts.
