The Pechersky district court of Kiev again denied the recusal Tatyana Ilieva from the consideration of a request to change the measure of restraint for the Chairman of the Kherson regional Council Vladislav Manger, which is a defendant in a murder case in Kherson activists Catherine Gandzyuk. About this UNN was told by the lawyer manger Dmitry Ilchenko.

To the question, the court rejected the recusal Ilieva, Ilchenko said “Yes.”

According to him, the meeting in the consideration of the petition to change the measure of restraint Munger court scheduled for 12:30.

The attack on Gandzyuk occurred on 31 July 2018: woman doused with sulfuric acid in Kherson.

Gandzyuk has undergone chemical burns over 30% of the body. On 4 November it became known about the death of Gandzyuk after 3 months of treatment.
