According to him, government agencies, Deposit guarantee Fund of natural persons and the situation with the National Bank is the complex of factors which need to be solved with foreign investors, not Ukrainian.
“I think there is every chance to complete the restructuring in 2019 most of the foreign creditors prepared that the proposal may not please them. However, the proposal is reasonable and is based on independent expertise. We are willing to compromise,” — added Igor Petrashko.
