Two months was discovered over 200 offences carried out by organised drug crime – Venediktov

KIEV. May 15. UNN. In Ukraine for two months was discovered more than 200 criminal offences illicit drug trafficking. This was told in the video the attorney-General Irina Venediktova, reports UNN.
“Revealed 206 criminal offences committed by illicit drug trafficking. The suspects removed 609 kg of drugs”, – said Venediktov.
She recalled that was eliminated a powerful drug labs in Chernigov, where criminals were made to 25 kg of psychotropic substances on a weekly basis. The total weight of the seized drugs is more than 2 tons, worth about 110 million.
“All partners reported about suspicion and measures of restraint in form of detention with the alternative of Deposit in the amount of 750 thousand UAH to 1 million UAH each,” – said Venediktov.
According to her, militiamen in Lviv region stopped illegal activities of a criminal organization composed of 19 people, who made 4 drug labs and sold on the territory of the 106 settlements of Ukraine of especially dangerous narcotic substance. The approximate volume of funds that are derived only from payment systems, amount to more than UAH 20 million. Pre-trial investigation is currently ongoing.
“In General we can say improving the efficiency of exposure of criminal offences in the sphere of turnover of narcotic means and psychotropic substances”, – said Venediktov.
We will remind, the police blocked the channel of delivery of drugs in Kiev and seized the goods for 110 million.
