KIEV. May 1. UNN. Arrested for the attack on the Odessa activist Sergey Sternenko have been previously convicted for assault a man. This was announced by adviser to the chief of the National police in Odessa region Ruslan Forostyak on his page in Facebook, reports UNN.
“The assailant was detained. It was them earlier judged for robbery male”, – stated in the message.
As for the activist, he was injured by a shot from a traumatic weapons with rubber bullet in the head. Now his life and health threatens nothing.
“In the attack on the activist Sergey Sternenko opened criminal proceedings on signs of part 1 of article 15, part 1 of article 115 (attempt at murder) the criminal code of Ukraine”, – Forostyak wrote.
