The official RGA in the Zaporozhye region got burned on the extortion of half a million hryvnia

KIEV. June 23. UNN. Zaporozhye law enforcement officers detained the head of one of departments of Tokmak district state administration who demanded illegal benefit in the amount of 480 thousand UAH. About it UNN reported in the press service of the Prosecutor Zaporozhye region.

Established that the official Tokmak district state administration demanded a bribe in the amount of 480 thousand UAH. for the solution of a question on granting of permits in the lease of land with an area of 46 hectares.

The bribe taker detained 23.06.2017 while getting in his own car part of the improper benefits in the amount of 240 thousand UAH.

Now the investigators of the National police held urgent investigative actions aimed at ensuring a quick, full, impartial investigation in the specified criminal proceedings.

The sanction of part 3 of article 368 UK of Ukraine prescribes punishment in the form of imprisonment for the term from five till ten years with deprivation of the right to occupy certain positions or engage in certain activities for a term up to three years with confiscation of property.

As reported UNN, Zhytomyr Deputy was arrested for bribe to a policeman.
