KIEV. July 30. UNN. NABOO brought to an end the investigation against a judge-bribetakers of the District administrative court of Kyiv Elena Vlasenkova. The materials are open for review. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry, reports UNN.
“July 26, 2018 the investigators of the National anticorruption Bureau of Ukraine under the procedural guidance of prosecutors Specialized anti-corruption Prosecutor’s office said judges of the District administrative court of Kyiv on the completion of pre-trial investigation on the fact of obtaining illegal benefit by it. She provided the investigation materials for examination”, – stated in the message.
We will remind, the judge was caught when obtaining illegal benefit in the amount of 2 thousand US dollars on may 10, 2018 prosecutors SAP and operational staff of the Main Directorate “K” of security Service of Ukraine. On 11 may, she was reported on suspicion of committing a criminal offense under part 3 St. 368 criminal code of Ukraine.
In the future, may 24, 2018, the court chose the suspect judge the measure of restraint in the form of pledge in the amount of 140 thousand UAH and has been entrusted by a number of other procedural obligations.
Decision of the High Council of justice, the judge is suspended from performing the functions of justice in connection with the criminal prosecution.
