KIEV. July 27. UNN. The import of electricity from Russia and Belarus undermine the synchronization of Ukraine with the EU power grid. This was during the briefing said the acting Minister of energy Olga Bukovec, the correspondent of UNN.

According to her, the Ministry’s position on the import of electricity was, and remains unchanged.

“We are against import and export. We must think, first and foremost, on the protection of its manufacturer. This generation, and coal miners,” – said Bukovec.

She said that today the Ministry has a strategic objective to fully synchronize the Ukraine with the European power systems.

“We have to be prepared technically, our generation should be strong, modernized, must meet all the requirements of the European energy system. Any talk about the imports from these countries (Belarus and the Russian Federation – ed.) will undermine our future plans for technical synchronization”, – added the acting Minister.

The vote in the Parliament was on the 18th of September, and from October 1, the Russian power began to import the company “United energy” associated with Igor Kolomoisky.

At the time of the import quarantine has been suspended. Now in VR the question of the prohibition or recovery of import. Against imports the government for the import – a separate group of deputies headed by Gerus.
