KIEV. July 28. UNN. In the Dnepropetrovsk area detained the head of Department of land relations one of the United territorial communities (GSS) area on a bribe in 32 thousand dollars. It is reported by the Department of strategic investigation GUNP, reports UNN.

“The money the official demanded for the solution of the land questions: for each hectare allocated for agriculture he had to pay 1000 dollars”, – stated in the message.

Militiamen established that to obtain ownership of land for agriculture the citizen asked in the GSS. The head of the relevant Department promised to meet his appeal, but after paying the “fee” for one hectare of land $ 1,000.

“In the calculations of the head of Department if it was delayed. From his car, the police seized 32 thousand US dollars received improper benefits. The official was detained”, – told the police.

It is noted that for extortion and receiving a bribe the detainee is threatened by imprisonment for a period of 5 till 10 years with deprivation of the right to occupy certain positions or engage in certain activities for a term up to 3 years, with confiscation of property.

As reported by UNN, in the Donetsk region during receiving a bribe detained the Deputy chief of one of structural units of State tax service in the region.
