The government approved forms of transit simplifications in customs
KIEV. August 12. UNN. The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine at today’s meeting adopted a draft decree on the introduction of various forms of transit facilitation, which will simplify customs procedures for business. It is reported by UNN with reference to the press service of the government.
“The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine at its meeting on 12 August supported the draft resolution on the procedure of granting permits for the use of special transit simplification”, – stated in the message.
According to the Prime Minister of Denis Smagala, said approval of 8 different forms of transit simplifications that should reduce risks of corruption at the customs, and to simplify procedures for business.
“Gradually we are changing the customs of the country towards a transparent European service. Simplification of customs procedures, which we run, will promote to growth of Ukraine in the rating of Doing Business,” he said.
So, this resolution provides for approval:
– application form enterprise to grant permission for the use of special transit facilitation;
– the form of self-evaluation of enterprises on compliance with the requirements for granting a permit for the use of special transit simplification;
– the procedure for customs bodies assess compliance with the requirements for granting a permit for the use of special transit simplification, etc.
We will remind, in the beginning of the summer, the State customs service issued the first thousand declarations in automatic mode, i.e. without participation of the officers of the customs. Most of the customs Declaration (TD) issued automatically in the Kiev region – 349.
