KIEV. 26 Feb. UNN. Former village Chairman of one of the councils of Zolochiv district in Lviv region, abusing his official position, he compiled and published the false solution Chervonenko session of village Council on allocation in a private property of three land plots with a total area of 6 hectares, worth over UAH 2 million. The Chairman of the village Council was charged with part 1 of article 366 (abuse of official position), part 2 of article 364 UK of Ukraine (office forgery).

According to the results of judicial review, Sambir district court of Lviv region in January 2017, found the officer guilty, however, this decision the defendants appealed against in an appeal order.

However, the principled position Zolochiv the local Prosecutor’s office, by decision of the Lviv court of appeal 04.02.2020, the attacker is assigned to a final penalty of 5 years imprisonment with a three-year deprivation of the right to hold the positions connected with performance organizationally-administrative and is administrative-economic duties in state authorities, local government bodies, state or communal enterprises.

In addition, the men have to pay 17 thousand UAH of a penalty.

Currently, the court decision came into legal force.
