KIEV. September 3. UNN. Upon the death of a teenage girl in a fall from the balcony of flats in Kharkiv police opened criminal proceedings. About it reported in Department of communication GUNP in the Kharkiv region, reports UNN.
“For complete and comprehensive verification of information, investigators opened on this fact criminal proceedings under part 3 of article 120 (incitement to suicide) of the Criminal code of Ukraine. The sanction of article prescribes punishment in the form of imprisonment for a period of 7 to 10 years”, – stated in the message.
It was found that the girl and her two brothers in 2007 and 2015 year of birth was brought up in a happy family. Serious conflicts with relatives and classmates she had. Police found two suicide notes and found on the flash media information which indicates that the girl had thoughts about committing suicide.
Now in the pre-trial investigation will be conducted by handwriting expert. Now the police establishes all circumstances of the tragedy, carries out monitoring of social networking and the so-called “groups of death”.
