In Sarny district court of Rivne region on Tuesday, August 20, held a regular meeting on consideration of the case of the “rest” of the Director of NABU Artem Sytnik in December 2018-January 2019. This was reported by press Secretary of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine Larisa Sargan on Twitter, reports UNN.
“At the meeting of Sarny of Rivne court for consideration of the administrative Protocol associated with corruption, composed of the Director of NABU Artem Sytnik, heard witnesses for the prosecution”, — she said in a statement.
Gar also added that: “the court granted the defense motion and appointed the next session on 12:00 September 5, 2019”.
As reported UNN, yesterday it became known that the court must hear witnesses for the prosecution and witnesses for the defense. “Would like to emphasise that the hearing is open, including to the media,” added Larisa Sargan.
She also noted that the disturbance must be present in the premises of the Solomenskiy district court of Kyiv to participate in the hearing via videoconference from the Sarny court.
