KIEV. 15 Feb. UNN. Consul of the Republic of Poland in Kharkiv Janusz Jablonski confirmed that unknown persons have painted monument to the soldiers of the UPA in Kharkov, in the colors of the Polish flag, but the incident did not comment. About it UNN reported, citing Polish radio.
