The Chairman of the relevant Committee has submitted a revision bill on amendments to the Law of Ukraine “About security Service of Ukraine” concerning improvement of organizational and legal basis of activities of security Service of Ukraine for revision. “The draft Law of Ukraine on amendments to the Law of Ukraine “About security Service of Ukraine” concerning improvement of organizational and legal basis of activities of security Service of Ukraine (reg. No. 3196) filed by the President of Ukraine, to direct the Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on issues of national security, defense and intelligence officials to prepare for a new first reading”, — stated in the decree.
We will remind, the Verkhovna Rada Committee on national security, defense and intelligence recommended that the Parliament reject the bill No. 3080 on the security Service of Ukraine.
