In Odessa, a volunteer from the group of wanted children Luchezar Panfilov was accused of raping a 17-year-old children of the center socially-psychological rehabilitation of children “the Dawn”.

According to preliminary information, the day before the victim along with two other girls ran away from the center. Night on the street they found members of the public. Instead of having to bring girls into the police or return to the educational institution them till the morning left the house one of the men. That, according to the applicant, against the will joined her in sexual intercourse.

Now the police establish the circumstances of the incident. On the application of juvenile criminal proceedings on h. 3 art. 152 (rape) of the Criminal code of Ukraine. The girl was examined by doctors, their conclusion will be provided later by police.

Residence men held an urgent search. Conducted investigative activities necessary for objective, comprehensive and impartial investigation.

However, in comments to the Duma, the defender Panfilova said that the search in the apartment of a volunteer is illegal and has called it revenge juvenile officials for the activity Panfilov in finding children and protecting their rights.

“The girl that wrote a statement about rape, it has already been accused of raping different people. The statement was written at three in the morning, that is, the child held there for almost a day. Rather, it requested that she accused Luchezar,” – says the lawyer.
