“The plaintiff asked the court to declare illegal the inactivity of the NABOO about not responding to the request of the NACP on the confirmation or refutation of the fact of belonging Sivokon Catherine (Sikorska Catherine) to employees of the National anti-corruption Bureau”, – stated in the message.
Rosenblatt also asked to compel the NEB to answer this query.
The court decides on the opening of administrative proceedings.
As you know, “the agent Caterina” took part in the operation to NAB in exposing MPs Borislav Rosenblatt and Maxim Polyakov poluchenii bribes for amendments to the legislation governing the extraction of amber.
