KIEV. April 16. UNN. Protection announced the withdrawal of the entire group, the prosecutors in the case against former people’s Deputy Tetiana Chornovol, which is suspected in the burning of the party office in Central Kiev and the death of a man on 18 February 2014 during the Maidan, the correspondent of UNN.
“I declare disqualification of the entire group of prosecutors in the criminal proceedings..,” – said the lawyer Irina Kuzina.
We will remind, several MPs and the former Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk is ready to take Tatyana Chornovol on bail.
Earlier, the Pechersk district court of Kyiv rejected the disqualification of a judge Sergey Vovk from the consideration of the petition for election measures of restraint Chornovol.
We will remind, the Prosecutor’s office insists on round-the-clock house arrest for Chornovol. The state Bureau of investigation reported suspicion under article 115 of the Criminal code of Ukraine for arson party office in Central Kiev and the death of a man on 18 February 2014 during the Maidan.
Add that on 10 April, the street reported that her house is searched, with the participation of the State Bureau of investigation in the “case of Maidan”.
