KIEV. On 23 February. UNN. The court in the Kharkiv region have applied the measure of restraint in form of detention for a recidivist, the suspect in the kidnapping of 9-year-old boy, reports UNN , citing the press service of the Prosecutor of Kharkiv region.
“At the request of the local Prosecutor’s office Dergachevskoe 45-year-old man, who is charged with kidnapping (part 2 of article 146 of the criminal code), the court chose a measure of restraint in form of detention without the right of bail”, – stated in the message.
According to the press service, the suspect was already convicted of forcible sexual assault against minors and in October last year was released from prison.
As reported by UNN, in the Kharkiv region detained previously convicted a man suspected in the kidnapping of 9-year-old child.
