KIEV. July 2. UNN. The state service of Ukraine for geodesy, cartography and cadastre Agency sees no reason to respond to a collective appeal of the deputies of Cherkasy regional Council to audit local Gosgeokadastr on the subject of corruption. This is stated in the response Gosgeokadastra of Ukraine to the informational request of UNN.
The decision on dismissal of the head of Cherkassy Gosgeokadastra Olga Liens and conduct a comprehensive inspection of the body was made by the deputies of the regional Council in March of this year. Again the deputies appealed the matter to the relevant country’s leadership last week.
However, instead comprehensive answers in Gosgeokadastre were limited to formal replies.
In particular, in response to the question of dismissal of the head of the Cherkasy Gosgeokadastra, there is cited an article from the law.
“Grounds for termination of public service at the initiative of the subject of the purpose defined in article 87 of the law of Ukraine “On state service”, – noted in Gosgeokadastre.
Also, the Central Executive authorities did not dare to make an inventory of agricultural land area, as requested by the deputies of Cherkasy. To abolish administrative documents for land plots issued by the local Gosgeokadastr violation of the law, the Agency also refused.
We will remind, more than a week ATO veterans and farmers protesting against local Gosgeokadastra, pointing to corrupt actions of the leadership and demanding the dismissal of the Liens.
Wednesday, June 27, protesters were supported by deputies of Cherkasy regional Council voted for the dismissal of the Liens and sending a corresponding appeal to the Cabinet. For the second time the local MPs asking the Prime Minister to resolve the situation in the region.
