KIEV. July 2. UNN. The military Prosecutor’s office at the time of receiving a bribe in 2 thousand US dollars detained the head of the Department of Gosgeokadastr along with an accomplice. This was reported by the press service of the GPU, reports UNN.
“27 June 2018, was detained the acting head of the Department in Vyshgorod district of the Main Department of Gosgeokadastr in the Kiev region and his accomplice immediately after receipt by the specified persons part of illegal benefit in the amount of 2 thousand US dollars”, — stated in the message of the military Prosecutor of the Kiev garrison Central region of Ukraine.
It is established that in may 2018 the defendants in criminal proceedings by prior agreement demanded from the citizen of Ukraine undue advantage in the amount of 3 thousand US dollars for assistance in deciding Nizhnebakansky village Council of Vyshgorod district in Kyiv region on approval of the project of land management 2 land area of 0.24 hectares and discharging it into private property for the conduct of the individual gardening.
Specified undue advantage was received in two parts on 13 and 27 June 2018, which is documented during the undercover investigation. Wrongfully obtained profits are withdrawn from detainees.
Currently, the detainees were informed of suspicion of committing crimes under part 2 of article 28, part 3 article 369-2 of the criminal code of Ukraine (acceptance of an offer, promise or receipt of unlawful benefit for himself or a third person for influence on the decisions of the person authorized to perform state functions, combined with extortion of such benefits), and remanded.
