Martial law: protection of the airport in Odessa will be enhanced
KIEV. 28 Nov. UNN. Protection of the Odessa railway station and the international airport “Odessa” will be strengthened after the imposition of martial law. This was announced by the head of the Odessa regional state administration Maxim Stepanov during a briefing, the correspondent of UNN.
“As train station and Odessa airport is a critical infrastructure in the Odessa region. Their protection after the introduction of martial law will be strengthened as a means of national police, advanced, and National guard,” – said the head of RSA.
In addition, it is reported that in the Odessa region there are stations of the national police, located on the slopes, and after the imposition of martial law, security measures will be strengthened. Will also be strengthened security measures at checkpoints on the borders.

According to the head of the Odessa regional state administration, no restriction of rights or freedoms of citizens of the Odessa region will not occur.
“There are no things related to confiscation of cars, property or other things that are somehow narrow the rights of citizens to happen on the territory of Odessa region will not, as in other areas,” – said Stepanov.
He added that the region will not put the military and civil administration. Will not be a curfew. The head yeah noted that he sees no reason for restrictions on the sale of alcohol. Also, according to him, today there is no ban on holding rallies.
“All aspects of mobilization, if necessary, first of all it will concern those who already have military experience,” – said Stepanov.

Today, 28 November, the President Petro Poroshenko signed the law on introduction of martial law in 10 regions of Ukraine, including Odessa, for 30 days.
