KIEV. August 13. UNN. In the Odessa region condemned man preparing for a terrorist attack in the region. This was reported in the press center of the security Service of Ukraine, reports UNN.
“On materials of security Service of Ukraine to four years eight months in prison sentenced the saboteurs who prepared terrorist attack on the territory of Odessa region”, – stated in the message.
The investigators found that at the direction of curators during August-September 2015, the attacker, being a member of one of the separatist organizations of Odessa, has devised and practiced a plan to assassinate known in the city public activist by the attack. The intent of the attacker, it was to cause a wide public resonance and destabilization of the situation in the region. Law enforcement officers prevented crime and arrested the perpetrator in September 2015.
“Primorsky district court of Odessa found the spy guilty of committing a crime under part 1 of article 14, paragraph 6, and 12 of part 2 of article 115, and part 1 of article 14, part 2 of article 258 of the Criminal code of Ukraine. The court verdict came into legal force,” – said in the secret service.
