ODESSA-KIEV. August 13. UNN. The man who is in a poor condition caused the injuries to several women in Odessa, announced the suspicion. About this on his page in Facebook wrote adviser to the head of GUNP in Odessa region Ruslan Forostyak, reports UNN.
According to Forostyak, the malefactor was detained and taken to the seaside police Department in Odessa, where the police found personal data of a person. After that he was sent to undergo mandatory medical examination and declared suspicion in Commission of crime under article 125 of the criminal code of Ukraine.
“After receiving examinations by the victims, with the qualification of injuries may change accordingly to a more serious article. Separately the issue of registration in the Unified register of pre-trial investigation proceedings on signs of the crime provided p. 1 item 296 UK of Ukraine (hooliganism). The sanction under this article – up to 5 years of imprisonment,” said Forostyak.
