The high Council of justice dismissed judge the former head of the Pechersk district court of Kyiv Inna Otrosh. This was stated by the Chairman of the Board Igor Benedik, reports Ukrainian Pravda.
VSP has satisfied the petition of the Ministry of justice and released Otrosh the law on lustration.
Otrosh falls under lustration, as he held the position of member of the High Council of justice in 2010-2014.
In addition, the judge of Pechersky regional court did not appear in the workplace February 26, 2014.
We will remind, Inna Otrosh A. was the head of the Pechersk district court of Kiev, when this court sentenced former Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko to 7 years in prison.
For judge of the Pechersk district court Otrosh was appointed in 2004. From April 2007 to April 2014 she was the Chairperson of this court.
