London’s high court on Friday, November 23, will take a decision on the case against former PrivatBank owners Ihor Kolomoisky and Gennady Bogolyubov. This is stated in the agenda of the court, reports Interfax-Ukraine.
The hearing is scheduled for 10:30 London time (12:30 PM – Kyiv time).

Earlier people’s Deputy Serhiy Leshchenko, referring to its sources, said that London’s High court made a decision on lack of jurisdiction over the proceedings on the claim to his former PrivatBank owners Ihor Kolomoisky and Gennady Bogolyubov.
19 December 2017, the High court of England issued an order on a worldwide seizure of assets of the former owners of PrivatBank Igor Kolomoisky and Gennady Bogolyubov in connection with a claim “of PJSC CB “PrivatBank” against them worth more than $2.5 billion.
The press service of PrivatBank has reported that the goal of the lawsuit – to return together with accrued interest of $2 billion that the owners of the group “Privat” Kolomoisky and Bogolyubov allegedly illegally transferred to a controlled company.
